I am going to try and organize a meet in the Utica area or somewheres else, for those of u that might be interested. Give me some feedback on -

1-If u would be interested in coming.
2-Where would be a good place for the meet.
3-A convinent time that would work.

With those factors and the weather maybe we can get a early meet set up.

Im trying to figure out a spot that would be almost equal driving distance for all. Some place that has stuff to do but is in a reasonable distance for those that would be attending. Right now I know of a lot of guys from the Lake George, Albany and Utica, Schenectady area.

me and my buddy would def. go if we could get a meet in syracuse. like at the carousel mall maybe somtime in april or may. we've both got ss/sc. his is stock yellow. mine is black, gm stage 2, k&n typhoon intake, 2.8 pulley, b&m sts, and excel e-22 rims.

 

Sweet teddy. U drove 4 hours to pick rims up, Im sure u can drive that for a all day/night meet.

So with 3 responses, not quite sure where the meet would be, just have to wait and see.

06Cobalt17- I did a mapquest and nicholville is way north, are u sure syracuse would be closer then say Albany or something...

 

oh btw im about 40 miles north of albany , glens falls area

 

Glens Falls is like a hour drive for me depending on the speed I go and the traffic. So far its looking like more of a Albany type area meet unless we get more western NY people then it will change.

I'm 20min from Albany...theres a big mall there if we wanna meet there, and plenty of good roads/highways for driving...i'll bring my cam and videotape...but i'll drive as far as Utica if I have to...Syracuse is a tad too far though.

Theres apparently some meet in Albany on April 1st if we wanna plan it for then, weather will be nicer anyway.

 

im down for something somewhat close to the albany area Im in saratoga which is right between lake george and alb for all us guys...

By the "big mall" do u mean crossgates? I go there like every other weekend.. lots of chicks...


Maybe we will have to have a east coast meet then a west coast car meet to make everyone happy. lol.

I know I read about some car show off the redline forum I believe. I cant remember where or when. If someone has some info, could they post it up?


Maybe we could have a meet in Crossgates which is close for the majority of people, except for Buffalo. Trust me guys there really isnt much to do between Albany and Utica... its like a dead zone... lol. I live there... and its boring... lol.

BTW Does anyone know of any District Attornies in Utica. Got a 84 in a 65 on I-90 the other day.

Seems like everyone is happy about the Crossgates idea, I just wanna see what the weather would be like in 2 weekends(3/24). Thinkin like a all day type thing and some late night fun.... What do u guys think? What would be a good day for everyone? Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, or other?

Friday and early saturday is good for me. There are a few desolate parking areas that are reserved as extra parking for the holidays. They arent blocked off at all. Crossgates mall security may be a problem but just so long as we arent being jackasses everything will be ayeet.

 

Alright, cool thanks for the heads up, didnt know there were extra parking. Hopefully nobody will be doin too many burnouts and get us kicked out. Save the burnouts for later!

Crossgates would be a perfect spot 2 meet. I would be able to meet when all this snow is gone cuz I took the whip of the road for the winter.
