1. Follow the rules for posting for sale items
2. Information on the turbo flange type and the size of the wastegate flange
3. It appears like JB weld has been used to fill a crack on the wastegate flange area

sorry for the wrong info and that is just silicone someone wiped there finger off on it lol i will update a better pic
