I would never pay that much. I got mine 2nd hand for a lot less than that. I haven't installed it because I need to re-pin the wiring harness to the TB to use it. Mine has the TB and the Intake Manifold along with a few other things. If I were to sell it, I'd let it all go for $150 or best offer plus shipping or $150 shipped...something along those lines.
I would say the only plus to CED's price is that it's about $260 shipped...they have 10% off right now on that item. I'm sure if you call Tom over there, he might be able to give you a little bit better deal...maybe not, but I've heard he's good to work with.

That is a good deal though piecing it together for that price so far. Did you get everything from one source? Because I've wasted plenty of time going to each site and looking up each part and you can probably save a little more if you buy one piece here, one piece there...GMPartsDirect.com, GMPartsOnline.net, CED, and a couple other sites.
