3" Cobalt Addiction Down Pipe With Cat!
Downpipe has been on the car for about 2 months. I am getting rid of it because I am planning on buying the Vibrant header/downpipe in the spring.

Does this pipe "whistle"? I seem to remember reading on the forum that some of the aftermarket downpipes make noise.
If I can get it here for $200 US total I might be in.
