Aftermarket front Zen cobalt bumper

Any clue where this hits as far as the stock body line on the car? Is it considerably lower? Also, would be interested to know what shipping to 04462 would be. Thanks

it is about 3-4 inches lower than stock, shipping would be about $200 unless I can find a cheaper way for now.
