not hard at all. you need to kind of pry the bezel off, then pull the needle and old face out, maybe use a drop of glue to tack the new one in place, then reverse. the included instructions are very good. its all pretty hard to mess up long as you take your time, and the whole process (for both the cluster and boost gauge) takes like an hour

Thanks. Ive done the cluster a while ago though i bought the LEDs after the fact so I have to do it again and it make sense to the the boost gauge so they match.
