Brand New PTE6262

The decision has been made that I am most likely selling the cobalt in the spring. So instead of going ***** out and building a 600+ hp quarter mile monster and a street slayer I am going to build the car back to the tame 525whp it was before. Here is the brand new 6262 precision turbo I will be selling. It is the new cea certified compressor and turbine wheels that are lighter weight then the previous years. It is a t3 exhaust housing and has the pte v band out. Perfect upgrade for anyone that has a 5557 or a 5857 and wants more power. The v bands are different then borgwarners, meaning they are a little smaller in size. The spool will be about 400 or so rpms slower I would guess. I was looking for this turbo to make over 500 hp at the tires at 25 psi and 550-600 at 30 psi on the stock head. If I didnt cover anything just ask the questions. New they are 900 + shipping. I am looking to get 750 shipped since its brand new. The 20.00 is for paypal fees. Thanks for looking.

thanks guys. I will obviously only sell the car if I get the money I want. And someone else will be able to break the record because it will be able to make more power then I did. I just cant get these 1000 hp vettes out of my head lol.

Yea it's a little bit faster then the 259. The 6262 has a bigger compressor wheel all around but the exhaust wheel is smaller which benefits the 2.0 motor.

PTE CEA Turbos have been outperforming BW turbos for a while now.

Sad to hear the nastiest of PTE boosted (perhaps all) LNF's is dipping out of the game. If I wouldn't have just bought my 5558 I'd be on top of this.

Good luck with the sale and a real car, maybe we'll bump into each other when I get my foxbody dream manifested.

Nope, I am actually going to still build the car, and then sell it. Car will still make 500 or better and still be able to go 10's. it will just go to someone else. I wish I could keep it and also do a nasty v8 but I can't.

Sale is pending.

well the 5857 was at 20 psi by 4000 I would guess this to be about 4400 at 20 psi.
