Ok so I don't know if everyone knows my situation, but I bought a header/dp from zzp and it was made faulty. So now I have a Vibrant header/dp. Well ZZP is going to warranty it or refund my money. Well if I refund it I lose about 55 bucks...so I would rather help someone here out. It would be a BRAND NEW 1 3/4inch stainless steel header with 3" stainless steel downpipe with cat and 2.5" outlet. I would 500 plus shipping. I go out of town in two days...so if no one says they want it by then im just going to return it. Let me know guys!

is it the flanges that are causing the issue?

yep. the flanges between the header and dp are warped.

how easy is it to fix? if it is pretty easy i may consider it cuz i have a buddy that is looking for this exact setup...does it have the wideband bung on it?

this SAME thing happend to my friends setup when he was still supercharged, it was a nightmare, the flanges had to get machined plane

the header/dp will be shipped back to ZZP for warranty so i would ship the buyer the new header/dp. So if the new one is bad...then it would be up to you to fix it or send it to ZZP yourself
