I've sworn by powerslot since I used them on my Cravalac (all the luxury of a cadillac w/ the sports performance of a cavalier). They're solid parts that stand up well over time. I would def suggest getting slotted over drilled...

Slotted/Drilled combo has always scared me for anything that isn't a purpose build race car. Sure, they offer the best performance, but they will wear much faster and warp much easier if exposed to extreme weather conditions like most dd's...

Does anyone ever start singing the song from the Kit-Kat commercial when they see this thread pop up?
EmperorJJ1 - I don't see why not, the whole purpose of a kit is to save on cost, though. The only real effective way to upgrade part by part is:
Stainless Lines
Rotors
Calipers
Pads
Not in any particular order. But brake kits come with adaptor plates when the calipers need new mounts, and you wouldn't want to put pads on before you switch rotors because they would most likely be different.
I honestly don't see how the stock braking system isn't good enough for people unless they're auto-X'ing or go on a road course often. Well, or running over 120mph traps in the 1/4. Either way, I doubt you're going to need upgraded "Big Brakes." Just buy rotors, pads and stainless lines when your stock parts wear through and you'll be perfectly happy. That's just my opinion though...
