I will get some photos with in the next day or so... unfortunately all the goodies are internal in the trans As far as installing it into a base model cobalt.... It will simply bolt in, plug in and drive. The trans is exactly like the stock trans as far as dimensions, size, mounting etc. stock axles etc will work as well.
Not looking to separate the converter...looking to sell as a package deal.
This will also work on all 2.4 auto's as well as HHR SS Auto's as a direct bolt in trans.

No trans brake in the 4t45... and the reason being is the reverse band is very small... and wouldnt actually hold the car in place. Modified reverse bands have been tried and they still dont hold... so there is no real purpose of even putting the trans brake in. However... we put a vacuum pump on the brake booster of our race car and were able to hold the car in place and launch at 10 psi with the 60-1 with a .82 exhaust side

Just for a clarification. I verified this yesterday on a customers car...
This transmission WILL bolt into a Cobalt SS/SC with no issue. All that is needed is the two mounts on either side of the trans from a base model cobalt. The upper trans mount is the same whether its a manual or an auto. Axles and an automatic flex plate from an LNF auto (hhr ss automatic) will complete the install. From there its just controlling the shifts which can be done in many ways.
And obviously like previously stated.... any already automatic cars this will bolt in, plug in and drive.
