a built head doesnt have to have cams. Time Attack Cobalt ran stock cams, as do many TVS cars running up to 350 whp .

im only selling the built head not the stock one. it was ran for less than 8k kilometers

That's a damn good deal. Springs are like 400 and so are valves... a bare head is about 300.. porting is 400+... this is actually a really good deal.
