22mm spacers are roughly 7/8" thick, 36mm is 1 7/16". spacers that thick have another set of studs so the spacer bolts to the hub and the wheel bolts to the spacer.

Lol I know its quite a gap, but I saw a stanced cobalt with some and digged the look, may not necessarily need that big of spacers but I do want the wheels

I'm going to go with... there are not nearly as many Cobalt owners selling Corvette wheels as Corvette owners selling Corvette wheels. And given that you'll need to do a hub swap that makes it even fewer Cobalt owners willing to trade as your Cobalt wheels will not fit on their car anymore. I think you've limited your pool to.... pretty much none. And on top of that it looks like you want to do a 1 for on1 swap?

Your best bet is to look for a used set on the Corvette forum and buy them outright.

Just be carful on the corvette forums . If you misspell a word, and or a mistake on your grammar, they will tear you apart. Same with the Gto forums . You've been warned .

The majority of the people on the Corvette forum are much nicer than the majority of the people here, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

This. I've been on there since 2005. Never experienced a problem due to a typo.

really? I joined the Gto forum , within 2 days I was banned, due to how rude they are. They were actually mad cause I was going to buy a Gto at 16. They told me I was going to wreck it within days, and all that ****. There was a couple guys that were nice, but the others are a-holes. Then I saw a couple threads on the corvette forum that went sour .

I've heard that the GTO forums can be unforgiving. Never had a reason to go on there myself.

Then the guy that did the 6.0 ls2 swap in the cobalt was also banned within a day due to I don't think they liked that he pulled the motor out of the all mighty Gto and put it in a Cobalt.

Yes, very rude people. Like I said, only certain people were nice. Ive had local Gto owners warn me, but of course I didn't listen, and found out for myself lmao.

Well I do appreciate the insight, I didn't know the lug pattern was different, I figured he's gottem so they must work, didn't do my homework too much. But a decent set in my area is about $200 so I'm sure that getting a set of 5x114.3? Hubs would be pretty easy, I can always buy steelies for the mean time. Our hubs are 5x110 correct?

you can also use an adapter to go lug pattern to lug pattern which will give you your spacer at the same time... but who's car did you get this idea from?

I idk his name on here but there's 2 actually, they both have the c4 wheels and one is a black coupe and the other is a burple color, the burple one is also on stancenation.com which is where I got the idea. But how much do those lug adapters run you think?
