Man Im not sure how to go about shipping these,
I got a online quote, cheapest I found was 65 each, thats like 375 or so for all shipped, You can get new rims for that cost.

U haul sells 18x18x24" boxes, you can fit 2 wheels in each box with padding between them, cost for me to ship form MA to TX was 56 a box, so a little over $100.

I'm going for the center caps as I don't think the wheels will fit my 2LT model. Don't have a need for the rims.

5 lug yes, but thought some of the SS wheels were 5x114. Think mine are 5x110. Could be wrong though.
