How many miles are on the blower? Will the blower come with everything still attached including the pulley? If so, what's shipping to 93536

The blower has 56k miles and yes I'll sell it with the pulley installed ill get you that quote later on today, is there any shipping method that you prefer as i dont know what to use I've never shipped something that heavy and big over usps

Just a box with the blower and a bunch of packing material around it, like newspaper or stuff similar. It's a pretty stout object.
