the core is 24x8.2.5. width with from endplate to endplate is 27" overall width from end to end of the mounting ears is 31.5" its 3/4 in and 3/4 out. it came with a plug for the drain and i do have it. as for mounting. i just drilled holes in the ears and mounted it directly in front of the factory h/e but i dont have an ac condensor up front any more. i used the mounting holes/hardware from that.

Will this size fit up front, ahead of both the stock H/E and AC condensor?

yea it fits up front with everything else. i was always told to run it in cooperation with your factory h/e but to each their own.

What other parts do you need to run it in cooperation with the stocker?

You dont need a dual pass endplate to run them in cooperation? I've never really dealt with superchargers

All you need is extra hose to run it in co op. A dual pass endplate is not needed to run this. In my opinion a dual pass make too much clutter when it comes time to route houses. There are a few hose routing diagrams floating around the forums. As for quality everything I've seen by cxr is fantastic... Quality craftsmanship. This thing def does it's job.

But for a nice piece at a good price. Mine's survived being bottomed out numerous time, hitting two raccoons and rear-ending an uplander. It's twisted and dented but still isn't leaking
