Downpipe/Catalytic Converter for 2.4 w/manual

I'm looking for a stock downpipe/catalytic converter for my 2006 SS 2.4. It has a stickshift.

I have a downpipe I took off my 2.0L Cobalt SC. Its a 3 bolt flange and I do believe its interchangeable.

How much are you looking to get for it? I'm in upstate NY (12446). Does anyone know for sure if they are interchangeable?

This. Plus the SS/SC downpipe is larger than the SS/NA's.
