Parts FS!! Good stuff!!!
I am thinking about going back to stock to buy a used SS/SC with low miles on it. I am going to strip my car of all the performance parts so I can trade it in.
Corsa Touring Cat-Back for 2.2 and 2.4 Balts. Deep mellow tone with no interior resonance. VERY NICE SOUND. 12k miles on it. Paid $615 Asking $450. SOLD
Injen Cold Air Intake. For 2.2 and 2.4 SS only. Polished aluminum with blue injen prefilter and cleaning/oiling kit included. No CEL ever. Approx 16k miles on it. Some scratches and "swirls" nothing major. Paid 280 for all. Asking $160. SOLD
Black dual pillar gauge pod from Cobalt addiction. $40 SOLD
Stock SS/SC injector swap kit for 2.4L SS Balts. 34lb/hr injectors with 600 miles on them and a 2.2L wiring harness to make it plug and play. Tuning required after install. Refer to this thread for more info.

Okay, well my second question is I know that I need to do something with my SAI. What do you suggest? Breather filter on the SAI, or do I "tap" the intake and attatch the hose there.

That is the SAI hose, which basically cuts emissions. The hose is linked to a system, which is linked to the header. So technically speaking the only intake that will work on my car is the K and N. But $230 for a pipe and filter is mad. Also because of this crap, I cannot get a header.
