Well there are distinct differences between the 2nd gen and 1st gen, and also the 3rd gen ones. As far as i know theres three diff looking versions of headlights avail for the cobalt. 1, 2, and 3rd gen. I dont think theres more then one model of each gen. With that said, the third gen projector are sora like set back sorta deep, and the 1st gens are like staggered outward with the halo's and the 2nd gens which i had at one point bought and then sold have a very distinct silver or chrome bezel that is around the projector that has like little lines around it. The pic you showed me looks like 1st gens to me. I would post that same pic in the general cobalt section and see what other members on the forum say they are. Just confirm.
