FS: Clarion VRX935VD DVD Flip out screen

I am a newbie with cobaltss.net but loookng forward to the new loyalty with GM and American cars. With the purchase of my new cobalt ss/sc and selling my 04' Lancer Evolution VIII, i took out this screen since the new owner rather had the original cd player, plus the stock evo came with the sun and sound package that's similar to the ss/sc pioneer system. This screen pretty does does it all, it's clarion's highest in dash model avaiable to play dvd's, mp3's cds, tv tuner, siruis radio installed, ps2/3 xbox video connections, 7in touch screen, remote, equilizers.. etc.. everything. you can look it up to see exactly what it offers but with 2 years being in the evo i did everything i wished for at car shows and eye catching ability. Tons of custom personal options are in it, like changing colors of the screens, buttons, motions with music, widescreen dvds.. yatta yatta

Heres some pictures in the evo, its ready to ship with the clarion brain and wiring. Installation is a lot simplier than it seems, i guess the only difficult part would be getting off the dash, yet thats easy too if you know how to do it.

Includes:
* Touch panel control
* Beat EQ sound customisation with 3-band parametric equaliser
* 24-bit D/A converter
* 18 FM, 6 AM station presets
* 4-channel × 53 watts
* CD-R/CD-RW ready
* MP3/WMA compatible with ID3-TAG display
* Fully motorised 7-inch TFT colour LCD monitor
* Adjustable display brightness
* Auto dimmer with sensor
* CeNET Control of: DVD changer, 5.1-channel decoder, TV tuner, 6-disc CD changer
* 4-volts 6-channel RCA output
* 1-channel video output for rear entertainment
* 2 AUX AV input (1-channel A/V + additional 1 A/V via CCA389)
* 1 Optical output
* 4-channel Loop-Back circuit
* CeNET iPod interface compatible
Full-Auto In-Dash 7-Inch Monitor

closed position

<a href="http://imageshack.us"><img src="http://img525.imageshack.us/img525/3329/164957723full2hy5.jpg" border="0" alt="Image Hosted by ImageShack.us" /></a> in light blue

im asking $400 shipped for it, MRSP on it is a solid $2000 through clarion, everything is in working condition, buttons on top (volume) of the mount (only visible when in closed position) tend to stick so you have to press it in harder than normal

heres the pictures that got messed up

its easier than it seems: My name isnt Chong Wong and i don't eat eggrolls for breakfast, i work for a union cement company that is my grandfathers company while im finsihing school and i really felt the need for an american car.. already with 57k on the evo and insurance was outrageous, i had a new ticket every month with the evo, gone through 2 clutches and 12 tires.. enough was enough

i had all the fun imagined wit an evo, but when stepped in the ss/sc, i felt more proud of being an american than ever before, sounds gay i know

id put my clarion screen into the ss but its not really want i with the whole look, i just like it the way it is, i dont plan on making any mods or it becoming a show car as the evo was

well, just because it was an evo doesnt make you chong wong.... actually most japenese people like our cars better, the love buicks over there..... i hear you on the whole grandfathers company thing though, i mean i drive an ss because well i cant drive something else..... he owns a chevrolet-buick dealership.... id have an evo if we had mitsu, id have an sti if we had suby, and id for sure have an srt4 if we were a dodge dealer..... what color ss did you get, and what color was the evo?

yea i hear you on that one bro. i would of gotten the srt4 but i hated the interior, seems so cheap.. that and i got the deal of a lifetime on the ss/sc, gramps orders all his trucks from there so the dealer hooked me up bigtime and i pretty muchy said heres my evo and drove off with the new ss/sc plus extended warrenty at no cost

the mechanic would put stage2 in for 75 bones on the side job and still be under warrenty, i know alot aboiut engines i could be it with ease myself, my whole live was that damn evo for the past 4 years

Both the evo and the ss are the exact same red.. phoenix red in the evo and what is it for the ss? victory red or something.. love red, the corvette in 20 years will be red haha

i didnt really mind the whole jap **** and ricer id hear in the evo, when being the king no one is gonan beat you and tell you any better.. i had them on that. but now i just CANT HELP IT to yell out BUY AMERICAN *******!!! when seeing those mitsus and subaross

Man if you gave me a couple months, I would be all over this, I have been semi looking to upgrading my panasonic to a flip out, and love clarion stuff, man, dont know that i can drop 400 rite now if i were working, it would be a lil more feasible but that doesnt happen till the end of may, shoot, well best of luck selling it, you could always bring it to the meet on the 28th and i could drool over it there haha, dang but yea that looks pretty sweet man

i havent even thought about it, but ill sell the subs for 125 shipped.. shipping is like 40 bonese or something

amps id say 60 for each shipped. the lights on the amps are blue if your wondering

that sub box is all yours if you want it.. i custom made it to fit the evo and i made the floor amp boxes with the plexy glass. ill charge whatever it is to ship it if you want it or i can make a new custom box to fit the cobalt to make it look identical as the setup on the evo

the digital 1.5 cap id sell for 60 shipped plus the 4gauge wiring for it

ill make a new thread soon on it, but just pm me if anyones intersted

Are there any bad pixels? does it come with remote/manual etc?
