Thats fine then. I've really been on here (frequently) for like a week or two, I have a boosted & built Cavy and have been on JBO for god knows how long, and my BF doesn't come on here that much.
We based the "price" on what he payed, around a year ago.
Sounds like it would be pointless to sell it with what he payed, probably just put it on our SS then.

Yeah... He bought an STI last week. I am buying over the SS.. I don't want much of a build for it. What's in my sig is whats going back in it, thats it. Nothin crazy for me.
He is taking a big loss on everything, but we need to sell them...

If they were stock comp I would put them in. It would also be silly to upgrade the valves & rods if I am sticking with an almost stock car. Someone else could get a better use out of them.
I've tossed the idea around. The 10.5 comp would be alright with the dual pass heat exchanger Im putting on & if I just added meth injection. Stock pulley wouldnt be pushing it too bad. I just don't want another project car right now so it's a tough call. I've deff thought about it..

They are the technically the 2.2 rods but he spoke with TTR before purchasing. They will work for the 2.0 but you have to use the 2.0 wrist pins.

iTrader: (3)
2.0 2.2
Connecting Rod Bore Diam - Bearing End 2.0519-2.05252 in. 2.0519-2.05252 in.
Connecting Rod Bore Diam - Pin End 0.7877-0.7882 in. 0.7877-0.7882 in.
I see no difference in the specs for the two engines for bearing clearance etc. Compression ratios, as you know, are different. The stroke for the LSJ is not published in the manual.

All I know is that my bf called TTR and was told that the 2.2 rods would work for the 2.0 as long as he still used a 2.0 wrist pin. I do not believe the rods were modified at all, because he did not pay any extra for them.
