FS: Magnaflow muffler-back exhaust
I have had several inquiries regarding my exhaust at the few meets I've attended (Columbus meet and Cincinnati area). Here's the chance to own it! Here's what I know..
Specs/Info: It is a "custom" job done by the previous owner: Magnaflow straight through muffler with a nice slanted tip. I believe the muffler is stainless, but am unsure if the tip is stainless or just chrome. 2.25" pipe muffler flared out on the tip side to 2.5". Tip size looks to be 3.5" OD. Direct fit for ss/sc but may just as easily fit 2.2l or 2.4l with minor ingenuity.
Condition: It has about 30K mi on it but is not much worse for wear. There was some rusty crud caught in the muffler but was able to shake most of it out (you finish the job). I cleaned it up a bit with a wire wheel to check the weld integrity... which still look solid.
Performance/sound: Honestly it's damn loud but damn good sounding; similar to other catback systems I've heard. It's got a muscular tone with lots of midrange and deep growel (no rasp). And it gives some good crackle/cackeling when shifting from 1st to 2nd and if coasting at mid rpms, not so bad as some srt4s I've heard though. It just didn't fit my personality so I replaced it with a melower "turbo" style muffler on my car(I feel a loss in power and mpg went down, but am happier).
Fitting: All this should take to install is 3 sawzall cuts max. 1: cut off OE muffler 2: cut the still welded nub off of this muffler-back s-bend and clean up the flare, then fit it on the cars muffler hangers 3: hold the pipe up to measure the final finish cut of the stock pipe (about 2.5" away from the hanger by the rear suspension) then clamp it on with a 2.25" clamp(ss/sc) or it may be possible to cut the flare off the s-bend and clamp it on a ls/lt model pipe ( 2.0" ?).
Asking price: 50$
Where: Cincinnati area... Live in Amelia (SE of cincy) and work in West Chester so I'm all over. Looking for locak pickup
PM me if your interested. Here are some pics.

is it 50 shipped? ps i only need 2" lenght for the inlet, so if its shipped it could save you some money on shipping by making the box smaller and weight will be lower, so that way u can cut it off and only leave 2" on the inlet side, i have a megan exhaust, i dont like the muffler, looks weird on my 2.2, let me know, def interest, money on hand ready to go...also that is the stock tip of the car

I'm probably going to let this brew a little bit to see if anyone local is interested. Sorry, I was pretty vague, I'll add something to the post. If it comes down to it; I checked the UPS site and as a rough estimate $17.50 to a random Austin zip code I pulled. Though I high-balled it at 20lbs with no dimensional specs. Which it's probably half that weight before packing, especially if the s-bend is cut off. $50 is item price, before shipping.
For the tip... This was all on the car when I bought it; so I have no reference to what is stock. What lead me to believe it was aftermarket is it looks like the ID will fit pipes up to 2 5/8". If it is the stock tip then buyer beware I guess.
The thing that seemed to get attention is the angle and how it sticks out. Aftermarket exhausts that I've seen seem to hide the tip up under the bumper too much which looks kindof wierd with the foe diffuser lip the ss/sc cars have.

Where did wou buy your car and has the passenger side been repainted? That looks exactly like the exaust I made for my car and sold to my buddy that had a victory red ss/sc. He was drunk and hit a guard rail and smashed up the passenger side.
