It blows my mind how people are going on about the way it looks. Because the bottle has been sanded (to be painted, but never gotten around to it), it's suddenly been abused and you can't trust it?
Because the nozzle is scuffed up, it suddenly stops working? A brand new kit is around $500, and I'm only asking $180 shipped and you get the purge solenoid. Sounds like a good deal to me.

its not that, its the perception of the possiblity that it may or may not work and if the risk is worth the reward, for a little more than 2 times the price we can have a brand new kit, instructions for install and parts that are dressed to look for the show ride they are going to be put in....my car is dressed for show and cant have parts like look extremely worn...if you could prove it works by word of another member then i'm sure you'd have a buyer....i agree i think its a deal but for many its not worth the risk on a nitrous system that can be verry volatile or you spend alot more in repairs.

Seeing as I know no one personally here, I can't exactly have a member testimony.
As far as show goes, I understand that. I know a lot of racers hide their bottles, though, and like I said it can easily be painted if the silver bothers someone that much.
The only risk, in my opinion, is the risk everyone takes when they use nitrous. My kit isn't any extra susceptible to malfunctions.
I understand if you don't want it; that's fine. I just wish someone would. Bumping this thread is getting to be no fun, but I need the money to pay on my car so I can get an SS/SC.
Edit: It's just the lines, solenoids for the spray and the purge, a 10 pound bottle, the nozzle. The jets are for a 50 shot, I believe.
