This port should be used on a car with some decent mods that can put the added flow to good use. Pulley size alone does not justify that.

To achieve a noticeable gain I would say at least a 2.8...
These kinds of mods aren't so much a whp gain as they are a % gain. The harder you are pushing the blower the more this will help it.

That said, I only dyno'd with a 2.6. As Jeff said, someone with a healthy flowing engine doesn't have to be pushing things as hard, and will gain even more from the added flow capability.

That is what I was getting at.

Hmmm. I have to think about it some. I am on a 2.9 with 60's now and pushing 71% duty at 6900rpm under wot, 17psi, and a 11.5 commanded AFR.

I have a 2.7 I could drop to but I am curious if my injectors are even going to be able to hanlde that on the stock blower let alone a ported one.

when i eventually get this done, i plan to run a 2.6 puelly on E85 then get the head ported and throw in some zzp stg 2 cams.

it should be one sweet m62 setup thats for sure.

Definitely. I loved that setup. Only reason I gave it up really was to start breakin new ground.

if i buy this case off of you is it necessary to run the ls4 TB or can i use the stock one ?

You can run the stock tb no problem
