Acquired most stock parts needed today so now the remaining items are for buying outright.

 

Sorry to see this rice, you worked really hard on that car. There will be others down the road for you, and you will always look back and be proud of what you accomplished. The cobalt is my 6th such adventure at modding. Plenty of time down the road when you have more money.

So in order to take the head off we had to remove the ATI damper today and well guess what the ATI damper is almost literally WELDED onto the crank - it is not going anywhere. So we just swapped my stock cams back in and sold the cams to Bubba Jay. Lol

Guess my car will atleast be sold with a ported head, valvesprings & an ATI damper!

 

I would have taken the valve springs too. xD

 

No way am I going through that hassle!
