I got scammed too in a way. I got the headlights from him and they were trashed. All scratched and scuffed up on the INSIDE. One hid had a bad ballast. And one headlight was missing 3 of the 4 mounting tabs. And they were nasty inside everything was so beat up and dirty. I asked for my money back and didn't get any type of response.
