Actually I just sent something to a guy in North Dakota on March 1st and it arrived there today. 5 days total. Albeit it wasn't rims and tires.

I tried to buy a pulley from him. He said he ended up in the hospital and his shipper did't send it so he returned my money.
I hope you get this sorted out cause I know how you feel I bought some poly mounts off of turboeco in December and they are still not here paypal said my dispute doesn't qualify whatever that means.I am hoping they will arrive soon.

Sorry to hear that but man you should not of promised anything to someone else inless you had it in your possesion. Either way, thats not a good sign, I hope it all works out for you man. Nothing worse then getting scammed.

simple as this the paypal system suxs... if the person at hand doesnt have any money in whatever is tired to paypal(bank account, credit card ect) then they cant do anything... assuming this was a real fraud case the money probably wont be there by the time paypal acts

Ive had a similar situation.... july 06 they are still in the recovery stage whatever that means. But i did let someone at paypal know how i felt about their fuckign policies

I've had that happen so many times...on Ebay and buying stuff off of parts forums. I always keep pursueing it tho, Paypal is sooo good like that, I eventually always get what I bought.
