Why?
Because I want to buy HPT and learn to tune myself. I feel meth is not a good addition to the learning curve lol.

You can run meth as a cooling mod only as opposed to a fuel source and it becomes much simpler and safer

To be honest, I'm not really sure. I haven't spent a whole ton of time figuring out what they go for and what other parts I'm even going to need other than struts/shocks to complete the suspension upgrade. PM me if you want and we can go from there.
