I have for sale the HPTuners Standard I was using on my 2008 Cobalt SS. I am the original owner, and you will receive the application keys/website login etc upon purchase.
The cable is licensed for ALL 2008 model year Cobalts, and has 2 credits (enough for one car) left free.

So I'm clear on the licensing:
When you purchase HPTuners, they come with 8 credits. 6 of them I used to unlock ALL 2008 model year Cobalt's. You could literally tune every 2008 cobalt if you felt like it with this cable. 2 credits remain, which is enough to unlock a single GM car. If you wanted to unlock another year, you would purchase 4 more credits.
