Just so you know, the website doesnt tell you how many credits you have left, it only tells you the total credits youve bought. So the cable could be empty.

Ohhhh Damn, this makes a lot of sense, I thought i was just lucky. I Purchased it awhile ago to log and upload a canned tune onto my redline, i thought it had used 2 credits. I lost my software and all that jazz so i messaged HPTuners and they used my serial number to get me an account, when i logged in it showed 8 credits so i thought i just got lucky and was reimbursed, lol. So this has 6 credits, in light of this information i will sell it for 420$ shipped, 6 credits.

Also, how do i get to the screen that you said would be a good sales tool? I just re-downloaded the software, plugged in my application key, and clicked help, then license information. Now it says please verify the module is plugged into the vehicle. It being plugged into the laptop isnt enough to see the info? I no longer have a GM vehicle. Its plugged into my laptop now and i can see the light on
