I want to buy a copy of your tune!
got a 2.2 turbo l61?
I want to buy a copy of your tune, yes your tune! I have a complete garrett alpha kit installed and no way to tune it. No one offers an aftermarket for this except trifecta performance but they are MIA. I have emailed them directly and messaged on CSS.net and no response. So if you or someone you know can help me out I am willing to compensate for your troubles.
Thanks!

Your best bet is to look into hptuners. Buy the cable and someone here can maybe remote tune you. Zzp may have a canned tune for your engine. Not too sure tho.
And you do not want to copy someones tune because all cars run different with different mods and so on. Go luck.

We just tuned my buddy's 06 LS supercharged with Trifecta. The tunes they write will only work the car they write it for. They are VIN specific. Trifecta is very slow to respond, and will over charge the **** out of you because they can. My buddy paid almost $700 for his tune from them. Now they are slow to respond to his data logs to dial his tune in.
Me personally I would say buy an 07+ cheap, swap the turbo kit into that ans sell the 06.

I have seriously thought about it, but it's an 05' that I drove off the lot with 100 miles on it. I know how its been taken care of and what I have already accomplished with it. I would really like to keep the story going and pass the car on someday. I know what LS supercharged is like too, that's part of this old girls history. 2nd one in all us! vince did the tuning then and I had planned on him doing this setup too but ya...

I swapped PCM with my buddy and it worked. He had trifecta I had OEM GM stage 2.

Try uploading that tune to your PCM and see how it goes.

You mean the actual file cannot get uploaded to another PCM. No experience there so no comment on your info. I'm believe you on it.

what you did was not wrong the way you worded it was off, let me explain my experience on the matter, the tune can only be uploaded to a pcm with the proper vin. what car that pcm is in does not matter as long the vin file on the pcm matches the vin file for the tune when you try to upload the tune. trifecta's **** software prevents you from uploading the tune to a pcm that does not share the same vin as the tune. I'm sure this is to prevent people from sharing the tune files. if you get a spare pcm say from the junk yard and try to upload the tune to that it wont work because the vin on the pcm is not the same. however if you had the vin in the pcm changed to match the vin of the tune and then tried to upload the tune it would work.

Thanks for the f/ic6 guide btw. It looks like that's the route I'm going to have to take.

This I have done. Took a Trifecta PCM from a 2006 LSJ and put it in mine. The VINs did not match, the VATS was shut off, and the car started right up. I had it like that for about 6 months until I finally got Trifecta to send me the base file for the VIN on that PCM to get it the **** off.
