Are those pumps used or new? Drop in replacements or mods needed?

they are used. I had the stealth pump in for maybe 5k miles and it wasn't supporting my fuel needs. so I dropped in the 450 pump and turned the boost up as well..and well my car went boom. but yeah, I had them in the stock tank..some trimming is required to fit in the fuel pump assembly

How many miles on the 450? When did you buy it?

How much cutting was involved?

I bought it beginning of the year sometime and there is probably no more than 3k miles on it. I didn't even get to try full e85 out before I blew my motor..and there is a lot of cutting kinda, as you see the base of the fuel pump is much larger than the 340 pump...but any fuel pump is going to require some trimming. I had it installed and working just fine. I did buy a new hose from zzp for like 5 bucks..its on there website

its white and blue and lights up red when you over boost. it has a setting you can set and it also tells you what boost you peaked at.

if they don't sell and by the time I need them, I will just buy another four for my new car since I know how new these are.

any regulator will work, I have the AEM regulator on mine with similar pieces, would just require some hose to make it all tie in. I can help design you a setup or install a setup if you want to drive up to DFW

it connects to the fuel pump line and has a -6an fitting for the hose. you just need hose from the tank to the front of the vehicle and then to a regulator, and another hose from regulator to fuel rail that's what the other fitting is too.

That fuel filter is from a 1997 Corvette if you ever need to replace, they are $10 at Auto Zone compared to $30 at OTTP

The Walbro pump is certified e85? So, if you run 385 through it and the pump dies, Walbro will replace it with no questions asked? Was this setup in an LSJ or LNF motor?
