how powerful is the amp because i was looking into alpine type R speakers and this would compliment it great. $150 shipped?

would the amp support the factory SS sub?

How can someone agree to selling this to me then refund my money and say that o my brother accepted payment from u even tho we agreed that i was gonna buy it on saturday and that i was gonna pay for it today so i did and now this ....
