im having alot of trouble with my car and i am thinking about getting rid of it..
Right now all i have off that im selling is the Ingalls, ive had it for about 6 months... send me an offer for it and ill let you know how i feel about it
I WILL clean it up before it ships, i just poped some pictures on here

simple. support the engine (probably don't have to, but better safe than sorry)
unscrew a few bolts. put the plates on. tighten bolts. tighten ingalls to supports. shouldn't take more than 15 minutes if you have no idea what you're doing. if you're good at following directions and can turn a wrench it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes or so.

yeah I always hear people talking about Wheel hop for our cars and I actually experienced it the other day..not pretty...
Does this fit the 07 ss/sc >? or is just for the 2.2?

should fit the 07 fine. it only fits the 2.2l with an aftermarket intake. the stock airbox gets in the way
