There's a free one in a trash dump (where they all belong) in Virginia. You just have to find it.

I wish people wouldn't hate on the header so much. I have the header that 100%METH was running sitting in my garage... It's still good to 300hp. It supports more power than my factory 2.2L is suppose to be able to handle haha.

Good Luck with your search, let me know if you find a good one.

This is true. I currently have this header on my 2.2 S/C Ion, and from the moment it was put on, the loss in throttle response and pick up at low RPM's was obvious. Only reason I still have it on is cuz it was literally a mission and a half to get that f***ing thing in. And it sounds like sex.

The install was such a nightmare, I would never take the header off all the work that went into making it fit. It's the reason I wont go turbo...unless i found a synapse manifold or RDfabs manifold...but even then, I would need extreme convincing.

Not that hard to find one of those. The Vulcan Equal Length should be added to that list. Very nice turbo manifold... but they are all a pain to install, as well. Just not nearly as much of a PITA as the JBP.

i swapped the jbp vortex header in about 2.5 hours a few different times. pull the motor and change it, quickest way i could do it except when i had the head pulled and just plopped the head and manifold in and bolted head on n put intake n **** back together, that time may have been under 2 hrs lol
