So to just switch over to LSJ belt routing but still cutting off the extra rib I think all I need is

LSJ Tensioner assembly (12583180)- Specifically just the pulley and the actual spring loaded tensioner as I already have ZZP's adjustable tensioner assembly

Tensioner bolt (11589147)

LSJ alternator bracket (12584365)

LSJ idler pulley (
12584364)

Are you supercharged already or not? Remember the LSJ Alternator Bracket takes much longer bolts than whats on the stock cars. M8 X 1.25 X 130 (Qty 3)

I do have a full pulley swap set but am kind of partial to it. Sourced most of the stuff from eBay and crateenginedepot.com. The 2 bar map sensor pigtail I think I got from there as well. I also found a list of all the hardware that you need for the swap including the bolts that are stepped out for the intake manifold. May the force be with you on your build. I do have a question for foximus, I was wondering if I could "technically" just get forged rods from eagle and run the stock Pistons with the 3.1" zzp modular pulley?

With a 3.1 Your looking at needed 60# injectors up top, just FYI. I think you could get away with that, but Id check with Mr Belvidere for a solid answer. I changed rods and pistons together, since it was all apart at the same time.

if its all apart, it would be silly not to throw forged pistons in

Yes right now I have ZZP's custom belt routing that utilizes stock components, idler pulley, alternator spacers and bolts. It was fine for the M62 with 3.1" pulley but is not cutting it up top with TVS 2.9" pulley. I'm assuming the bolts are somewhat standard and probably easier to get than the other components I am looking for.

So you selling it or are you just teasing?

I ran a 3.1" pulley with M62, had timing at WOT of ~16 deg advanced. 5 months as a daily with no problems on stock motor. But if you'd rather be safe then sorry and want to swap rods, I agree that you should swap pistons at the same time. Iirc the pistons are only rated up to 300hp in GM's book. Only 50hp more than the rods.
