That ecu isnt for a 07 cobalt 2.2. That looks like an e67.

 

The GMS2 pulley converts to 3.067" not 2.9".

 

It's from an 07 2.2 Ion.

I do still have the blower. It's the stock one from my redline. It will work with an l61 with supporting stuff. I don't know everything you need, but I'm sure you can find it on here.

I almost forgot! I got my bypass Tuesday. Was shipped in the exact same kind of box I shipped my old bypass in. Even had the same printing on it. Thought that was pretty funny.
