I see what you mean, so really its classed as the last stage. Whats the most bhp car running on the tvs, as with my car its pulled the most bhp running the M62 charger out of all the lads in England.

With e85, you can make 400bhp with the right set-up rather easy.

How does your cars handle inlet temps with running power like that. I take it not many of you go on track days with that sort of power.

Modified intake manifold. Massive heat exchanger. Dualpass endplate on the intake manifold. The TVS doesn't produce as much heat as the M62. Oh, and finally, there is methanol injections. Monitoring all levels is a must.

thats a very nice list. so you just went with porting the exhaust ports of the head nothing else? no cams, valvesprings?

No i got everything that there was to get to make sure i had a robust engine. The cams and springs are at the top of the list i stuck up
