Pics of the pod attached below, in case anyone else is interested. Ortiz does good work and I'd buy from him again, just takes him a little longer than he claims. Mine was 7 or 8 weeks!

Sorry guys, the forum didn't send me email notification that there were replies.
hacadacalopolis, the header came with a resonator but in Ohio we have emission test so I had to weld a cat in it. The majority of the header is about 3" diameter, but the exhaust flange is 2.5".
Snail_SS, I have no clue whether the pod would keep them cooler because it never even made it onto my car. I would think it's cooler than being stuck to the A-pillar, which gets heat from the outside during the day. The back holes are actually pretty open so the gauges would vent well rather than being completely enclosed.
Ecotecftw, I simply don't know. The Pioneer setup would probably require the factory amp. I'm assuming the 2.4 NA chassis had a different sound system but if you have a Pioneer HU I would think they use the same amp, meaning you'd just plug the connectors in the rear. I've never researched the NA SS cars though.

Dipped_Cobalt, It's just an OEM bezel and Ortiz fiberglasses the tubes in. What specifically do you want to see on the back side, so I can take a pic?
Cobalt07ss/sc, The header was off ebay. I expected it to be awful but the welds are great. It's just your typical stainless zzp knockoff. If you want the header, pulley and belt I can put it all in one box for $280 shipped. Let me know!

turbo? the quality, I got one. and it broke on me installing it...the quality was trash in back, but I didn't think it matters...apparently it did as it cracked.
wondering if I should fix it locally, or buy another.

I never installed the header because I sold the car a while back. The welds look really good, whoever did it knew how to run a tig! I don't think I could break this header unless I was hitting it with an 8 lb sledge. What part broke?? If you want better pics of the welds let me know.

OH lol, I was gonna say how do you break a stainless exhaust installing it!? Was yours from Ortiz or the guy on here that makes them? I could see why it would be fragile because the steering column doesn't drop very far in cobalts for squeezing these in. Here's a pic of the back of this one to compare.
