Yes it does! The fitting is included in the $55 price. the bronze piece and crush washer in the baggie is the photo of the fitting. When I was doing my build, I opened up the package because I planned on using the pressure gauge, but I had already put on my header and DP and I couldn't get to the galley very easily without removing them again. I just decided not to install the gauge. As you can see, the gauge itself was never opened and still has the security tape intact from Autometer.
