For Sale: MRZ Lightweight Version Pulley for the 2.2 and 2.4L. Cobalts

Fits: 2.2 and 2.4L. Ecotecs as well as the 2.0 LNF turbocharged.

Used for 1.5 years and I just sent it to MRZ where they re-machined it and added the solid steel ring.

Never been installed since being rebuilt.

This is the MRZ Lightweight Version pulley meaning it's the same size as your stock harmonic damper only much lighter. It will not require you to purchase a new smaller fanbelt. You can re-use your stock AC Delco belt.

What steel ring are you talking about on the pully?

The shiny ring that my camera flash has reflected on the first picture you see.

It's at the bottom where the seal makes contact with the pulley. Added my MRZ because steel is much stronger than aluminum and will prevent oil leaks.

I didn't know they had a problem with oil leaks.

Ok now I see what your asking

Yes the old version pulley without the steel ring did have an oil leak problem. Caused by the seal cutting a groove into the soft aluminum.

MRZ asked me to send it back to them for a repair after I E-mail them about my oil leaks problems.

No screws are missing or stripped off. As you can see it's in excellent condition have been used for 2 years in my cobalt.

I had it running only one 15" sub rated at 300 rms and it pounded hard.
Works perfect like the day I bought it. Very, very clean amp
