This has everything you need to plug and play? Is the harness model year specific? I assume the TV adapter is for getting TV channels?

The harness is for cobalts from 2006 and up. You will have to do some modifications with the wires to fit your cobalt.

the 05 and 06 requires a different harness then the 07+..... Might want to double check the part number of the harness and list it.

Not trying to take away from the sell but it should be noted that:

1. This model doesn't come with a CD player

2. it's basically mirroring your phone through the radio on to the screen.

Some people might not know. Hence the reason I mentioned it. I still use CDs and DVDs on some of the stuff I don't have on my hard drive connected in my balt. Just letting the buyer know.
