Carbon fiber RK Sport ram air hood.
Unlike most CF hoods, this one was made in the USA.
In very good shape, with the exception of a few minor flaws, as pictured:
* small chip on front
* small discolored spot on the side (manufacturing defect);
* black mesh on ai intake has chipped paint; needs repainted;
* several mini cracks in carbon near the air intake
Price is firm, shipped anywhere in the continental US.
Brand new this hood is at least double the price (shipped)!
I would buy this now if you were willing to take an old set of your tails(Riceburners old set) plus 500. Sorry if that seems like a lowball.
Not a bad offer in itself, except that I already have one used set of GTR tails here, and another on the way, with no time to refurb them.... Last thing I need right now is a third set :/
I continue to stare up into the sky every day, waiting for a bag of cash to fall. This has yet to happen. Unfortunately for me, that means I can not afford this hood. I do however, run over the scenarios in my head of what it would be like to own this. Im guessing it would be cooler on multiple levels. (pun intended) Im gonna go take my 400 in cash and put it on black at my local Casino. The question is, am I feeling lucky?
