like the title says this 
sold me a broken interceptor and i was in the middle of my turbo swap so its been awhile before i had power to the car, found out today the interceptor doesnt work in the cobalt or in my truck.

If its been sitting around for a while what proff do I have that u didn't drop it or bump it against something or fried it wiring it wrong lol
I had the same thing happen but I was the seller
Took the interceptor out of the car in working condition handed it to the guy he went and plugged it in and didn't work, no explanation..
