Rockford Fosgate 1 Farad Capacitor
Up for sale is a Rockford Fosgate 1 Farad Capacitor!
(click for bigger)
Cap is a couple years old, like new, works great. I sold my Cobalt a year ago and the rest of my car audio stuff, and this has been sitting ever since.
Works well to put a little more bump in your ride.
Includes everything shown, cap, bracket, gold plated connection terminals, circuit board to charge/discharge.
$36 SHIPPED takes it! If you pay electronically, I ship same day and provide immediate tracking. No fee for PayPal. I can also take your credit/debit card over the phone (I own a business).
Any questions please ask!

The circuit board doesn't hook up to anything once the cap is installed. It is only to charge or discharge the capacitor when it is first hooked up or unhooked. The instructions are printed on the board and you simply jumper the wires to your amp power wires until the light lights up. It's easy. Then you just stash the board until you need it again. Otherwise the capacitor hooks up like any other one inline with the amp power wire.
A quick Google search shows a 1 Farad capacitor like this is good for 500-1000 watts of power, so 500RMS is certainly fine.
Physical size is about 4" diameter by 10" long.
Includes everything to hook up, just screw it to your sub box, trunk floor, etc.

50 BMG with armor piercing incendiary rounds? Or suppressed short barreled AR with M855 green tip 5.56? Saiga 12 with buckshot and slugs? Should I build a post sample machine gun and let it rip? What's your pleasure lol?
I really hope somebody sees that me making $25 off this after fees and shipping is a damn good deal and just buys it for $40 shipped.

I'll PM you my PayPal email.
I'm not much into car audio. I bought this on a recommendation from our audio guy when I worked at Best Buy lol. A quick Google says it's good. My system at the time had an 1800watt RMS class D mono sub amp and it worked fine.
