when I say odds are in my favor i mean that 2 tickets in 3 years aint bad. Some cops are more strict than others. One of the cops that gave me a ticket here keeps harassing me when he sees me. The last time he seen me in a parking lot he asked me when I was going to take it off. I told him that I didn't know and he said "dont make me influence you again". He is a douche. The cops to really watch out for are Highway patrol men. They take it pretty serious. They got me for an $80 ticket for second one.
