ss/sc setup

okay I am setting this up as a feeler to see how much interest there is in my setup. I am looking at going turbo in the next few weeks and my current supercharger setup will be useles to me. Here is what i am removing.
Port and polished supercharger with silencer holes filled. This also has a zzp 2.9 pulley and will come with a seperate 2.6 pulley for their mps system. The supercharger is painted gloss black.
Ported intake manifold with stock intercooler.
intercooler pump
factory heat exchangers
it may also include the ls4 throttle body since it will be difficult to place on the 2.2 intake manifold.
Let me know if there is any interest i am looking for 800 plus shipping when I finish this swap.

okay guys today after a few runs it is making some noise that i do not feel comfortable selling the supercharger when its happening. I will get it apart and make sure its not just the coupler but for now lets hold off. oh and the tensioner is possible but its the adjustable zzp tensioner so I may need it. I will keep this updated when the supercharger comes off.

have you run it without a filter lately? that is what happened on mine... air box got disconnected, and it sucked in some crap... roots blowers dont take well to crap passing thru... scored up my walls and rotors pretty good... made an aweful "bad brake rotor" grinding growling noise all the time, and the SC case got FREAKING hot. like you could cook eggs on it...
so had to clean out all the crap and polish out all the damage.. just about to start the car for the first time since the work today... hope she is all better.

well i checked the scan and iat2's were 315 degrees so yea i am assuming rotors are blown sorry guys.

and it will not run now. remove the belt and it starts and drives with only terrible negative fuel trims. thank god it happened to me and not after a sale. guess with time to get the turbo parts

okay its together it had two broken lifters and spit out three cam followers. so the setup will still be sold. It all runs and works fine.

I will mention the coating on the rotors is not there so plan on using this m62 with caution it has seen excesive rpms. I am still running it but would recommend some overhaul or atleast professional inspection
