Oh you were waiting on me to reply? That's funny. Because the last pm you got from me was..... Well here why don't I just show everyone.
Ill do $30...if not I'll fix them its no big deal. I make pillar pods for hhr's, I'll just plastic fill the holes and re texture coat the pod and paint. Unfortunately I don't have any pics it was on my car for a couple months.
If you can get a picture of it just sitting on there so I can judge size I can do $30 with the button and light.
Ok I'll try to tonight when I get home, if not it'll be in the morning.

Shitty deal OP.
You agreed on a price to some one, you dont just try to change it or claim that some one offered you more regaurdless of your situation. If you were so hurt for cash then you shouldnt have agreed to the price Ex offered. In a lot of states there are actually laws against what you did, just saying...

Idk where there at Ive just heard about them before, but its only towards a seller who agrees on selling it to a buyer. I agreed on a price but he still wanted a pic and I never heard from him after I sent him one. Me telling him there was another potential buyer was basically asking him if he still wants it, I wasnt trying to get more money out of him, just letting him know every extra penny I can get right now would be nice.

He wanted a picture. You sent him a picture and said you sold it. He had no chance after already agreeing on a price.
In my opinion the other person should have been told the sale was pending. Like Mark stated on the thread. Sure money talks but so does being a good seller.

What's BS is contrary to your claims, you ARE a shady seller. You could tell me you still have the piece and all I have to do is send you money for shipping and it's mine but I still wouldn't do it. I do not trust you anymore.
I agreed that I would pay the $30 if a picture was provided. I did not agree to pay anything when you sent me the picture telling me someone has offered you $50 and you were going to sell it to them. NOT once did you "ask if I still wanted it" like you claim. The messages are all there. You didn't ask, you stated, that someone was going to give you more money after we agreed on a price.

Lol all your doing is turning something so small and stupid over a little pod into a big deal. You act like I stole your money and ran. If you were so upset about it why couldnt you tell me after I sent you the Pm with the picture rather than making it such a huge deal a day later? I would have been glad to sell you the pod. I never said it was sold and you were wrong for assuming that. I waited 8 hours for you to respond before I gave the ok to the buyer to send me his payment.

Pretty sure all of us know he was waiting for a picture that you said you'd get when you got home or the next morning, and 8 hours is one work day. For all you know he got called into work and couldn't respond for 8 hours. You all agreed on a price and the next step, and the you sold it from under him for a higher price.

I did wait you never responded to my pic I sent you? I told you I would take $30 prior to. I didnt break any "contract" because you never agreed to buying it till you seen the picture. Which you didnt respond to. We settled on a price you never confirmed you were buying it till you seen a picture.
