Not sure if you've driven next to an RX330 but they put light everywhere...there's no way to get up a shot of the width/distance?

Normally I'd have no problem swapping out lights and showing ya, it's just that i finally got my retros from the groupbuy in perfectly with no condensation haha and I kno if i pull them out and put them in again im prolly gonna bust the seal and have to start over... That's the only reason i really don't want too. But the output on these cept for the fact that they were aimed a lil low when on my car was about the same as my retros. To me, even tho they were my first pair of projectors and HIDs, the output didn't seem to go "everywhere" I thought they were perfect, I was def happy with them. I really hope that helps, but if you're def interested since i really do need to get rid of them, then i will consider taking a pic for ya if thats what you need.

Do you have the new retro or the old retro type? The new one has the Morimoto mini H1 projector, the old one has the G3 projectors with the weird bulb type. I'm wondering if it's the shroud?
Maybe you could just pop your hood and wire the power/ground and fire them up? Don't worry about taking yours out, don't want you to mess the seal up man.
