If you can't find any vinyl you can paint it with duplicolor carpet and vinyl paint.that's all I used on my headliner an pillars. Came out pretty good.just a suggestion

Hell yea! I mean I used that plastic paint on my dash trim. (painted it blue) but I wanna paint my headliner and stuff black. I was gonna reupholster the whole car, carpet and everything but if this will save me cash. I'm down =) I'll pm you again eventho I've pm'd you a few times already!

i figured it would be easier to post these pics on here once since the only computer i can post pics with is the one i rarely use.the last pic is the best pic for the headliner since the flash made it lighter than it really is.the headliner would look better if i used another can but it was getting cold and decided to put it back in for now.for this project i recommend 4 cans

thanks.when it gets warmer ill probably take everything back out and go back over the headliner and the a pillars.DO NOT DO THIS IN COLD WEATHER.you'll be very glad you waited unless you have a well ventilated area that is controlled to at least 70 degrees.our shop isnt and it created issues with the paint toward the end of the project

I'd imagine it would make the cloth extremely stiff? right?!

TBo its pretty bad, Im going to re-wrap mine with new fabric, the issue with the dye is now when you scrap a knuckle or any skin part on you, whether your flipping down the visor or grabbing the o **** handle , it leaves white marks on the liner, acts like a file now lol.
