I still have an extra one somewhere...80k miles off of a trailblazer but cleaned and good to go. No bolts just the t/b. If you want it make an offer.

I can do 45 shipped. I'm not sure if the stock t/b bolts are long enough to accomodate the t/b and the spacer and you need the spacer for clearance. The spacer from raw comes with extended bolts.

if i shave the inside of the tb i dont need th spacer but yeah i cud do 45 shipped
